Leadership that accelerates business: TOP teams, quick decisions, discipline.
Program description
3-day offline leadership intensive for CEOs and TOPs in a picturesque eco-park.
The program is for you if:
- You are a manager who feels that the “old ways” no longer provide an advantage.
→ Get a new management framework for working in instability - You are the CEO/owner who keeps the business under control and with constant presence
→ You will move from total control to a system of responsibility and trust - You are a manager whose top team is not synchronized or “pulling in different directions”
→ Learn to align the focus, roles, and authority of leaders
Program goal:
Rebuild the management model for turbulence: speed of decisions, strong leadership position, and an autonomous TOP team.
- Classic management models no longer provide advantages
→ You get a modern management framework for working in uncertainty - Control and micromanagement slow down the company's speed
→ Build a system of trust and responsibility without losing control - The manager is overloaded with the operating system
→ Free up resources for strategic decisions - The TOP team works asynchronously
→ Align the roles, focus, and authority of managers - There are agreements, but implementation is weak
→ Create a culture of discipline and real results
Key questions of strategic leadership immersion (3 days in the eco-park):
- Why do classical control models no longer work in turbulent environments?
- Why does control and micromanagement slow down a company and demotivate strong people?
- Why is a manager's operational workload a sign of a weak management system, and not a "normal state of business"?
- What should a modern TOP leader be like?
- Roles in the top management team
- What sources of power are at work today, and which ones provoke passivity and resistance?
- Modeling the profile of the ideal team
- Why do companies with strong teams grow faster and survive crises more easily?
- How does a leader create an environment of trust, accountability, and open feedback?
- How is a culture of performance formed, where promises are transformed into results, not excuses?
- Why does weak synchronization of the TOP team block the development of the entire organization?
- Does my company work with leadership systematically, or are we “putting out fires”?
- distribution of roles and powers in the TOP team
- Strategic synchronization: how to align the focus of leaders
- dealing with conflicts in management
- forming a culture of personal and team responsibility
Let's also talk about the following:
-
How have the demands on leaders changed over the last 4 years (war, crisis, relocation, new markets)?
-
Why does the importance of leadership only increase in conditions of chaos, and the role of the "strong manager" changes?
-
How to move from total control to a clear system of responsibility and trust?
-
How to put leadership at the heart of company management, rather than leaving it at the level of “personal qualities of individuals”?
Additionally
- Analysis of participants' cases (mini-sessions on the analysis of real management situations, conflicts and team challenges in their companies).
- Workshop format:
- Interactive teaching of the material with dialogue, discussions, and mini-management experiments.
- Examples exclusively from Ukrainian business - cases of companies operating in conditions of war, relocation, and market turbulence.
- Practical cases based on examples from participating companies — work "on live material"

About the location
3 days of strategic work take place in a space that in itself changes the rhythm of thinking.
Eco-park "Yasnogorodka" is a combination of nature, silence, and comfort outside the city, where it is easier to focus on the main thing and take a broader view of business.
Here is the largest ostrich farm in Ukraine and a petting zoo, where you can interact with animals and feel a real connection with nature. The well-groomed picturesque space, fresh air and the absence of city noise create an environment for deep conversations and strategic decisions.
Accommodation – in modern eco-cottages or hotels with all amenities.
And a locavore restaurant with signature cuisine adds flavor and character to the format.
In the evenings, there are atmospheric walks around the area, conversations around the fire, barbecues, and dishes cooked in a cauldron. It is at such moments that informal conversations are born, which often lead to the most powerful insights.
This is not just a place for intensives.
It's an environment where work and recovery naturally combine – and that's why the solutions become deeper and bolder.
