PUBLIC OFFERING (OFFER)

on the provision of conference services for MBA level training

General provisions

1.1. Individual entrepreneur Gromov Sergey Sergeevich (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), operating within the Smart Weekend Project, announces this public offer for the establishment of contractual relations with persons who intend to order MBA conference services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

1.2. Acceptance (acceptance) of this offer is the Customer's payment for the Services via online tools on the website http://smartweekend.com.ua/ or signing the relevant application-contract. The fact of payment confirms the Customer's full agreement with all conditions and certifies the conclusion of the Contract.

Within the scope of this Agreement:

"Recipient" — an individual who directly receives MBA-level conference services.
"Customer" — the person who orders and receives the Services (may be the Recipient or his representative).
"Payer" — the person who pays the cost of the Services in favor of the Contractor (Smart Weekend Project).

1.3. The terms of the offer are accepted by the Customer only in full without the right to propose their own amendments.

1.4. The Smart Weekend project places this offer freely available on the official website http://smartweekend.com.ua/.

Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Recipient with conference services for MBA level training in accordance with the selected program, information about which is posted on the website http://smartweekend.com.ua/, and the Customer — to accept and pay for these Services.

2.2. Detailed parameters of the Services (conference topic, MBA level training content, duration, schedule and cost) are recorded on the Project website or in a separate application-contract.

Terms of Service

3.1. The Smart Weekend project provides all the resources necessary for conducting training and conferences.

3.2. The Services can be provided both in real-time format (offline sessions, Smart Weekend Project field events, online broadcasts), and through access to educational materials.

3.3. Upon successful completion of the MBA program, the Recipient receives a corresponding document - the Smart Weekend Project Certificate.

3.4. If no written claims are received from the Customer within 5 business days after the completion of the event, the Services are considered to have been provided in full and of proper quality.

Payment for services

4.1. The cost of conference services is indicated on the website http://smartweekend.com.ua/ or in the Project's advertising offers.

4.2. Payment is made in hryvnia in the amount of 100% prepayment (unless otherwise agreed by the parties) to the Contractor's bank account.

Intellectual property

5.1. All rights to training methods, presentations, videos and other materials of MBA level conferences belong to the Smart Weekend Project. The Customer is prohibited from copying, distributing or transferring these materials to third parties without the written permission of the Contractor.

Responsibility of the parties

6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to provide Services due to force majeure circumstances, in particular prolonged blackouts that prevent communication, if such circumstances are beyond the technical control of the Project.

6.2. In the event of detection of facts of using the methods of the Smart Weekend Project for the purpose of conducting similar commercial activities, the Customer shall pay a fine in the amount of twenty times the cost of the Services.
